I WON!

     I just found out last night that I won the Zehntbauer Apparel Design Undergraduate Scholarship! I thought it was going to be for $1000 at most but its for almost $5000!!!! I couldn't be happier right now. 

     This upcoming Tuesday I have a trip with designer Jessie Curry to Portland for some kind of news interview about the Recycled Fashion Show. I also have the Portland Recycled Show this Thursday as well. This is turning out to be a pretty good week :)

Here is my latest creation at the OSU Recycled Fashion Show. This was made from a full size cotton bed sheet and vintage laces pulled from just about everywhere! I have a shoot coming up with a few of my pieces and I couldn't be more excited! So I will be adding more pictures ASAP!

Sylvia Ji is an AMAZING artist, her work has inspired my latest design project and I can't get enough!

I am diggin' these...

 Gotta love the Bling :) I must say that I have found it almost impossible to find straight up silver rhinestones in only one size and shape.

Now these are fantastic! Zombies are a not so secret fascination of mine. May I also point out that they are polar opposites?
